Terms and conditions

This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version of this document is binding.

1. Introductory provisions

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the operator of the RobotShow.cz service – OLSO GROUP s.r.o., Company ID: 10875409, with its registered office at Politických vězňů 911/8, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic. (“the operator”) – and the client (a company, school, agency or other entity). Current company details, including the entry in the public register, are available at justice.cz.

2. Subject of the service

• A programme with a humanoid robot, a robot dog or a Photo Robot, always under the supervision of an operator.
• Preparation of the script and logistics according to the parameters of the specific event.
• Optional outputs – a short video, photos and a brief event report.

3. Ordering and conclusion of the contract

An order is created by submitting the enquiry form and subsequent written confirmation of the scope, date and price by email. A valid order is binding for both parties. Until written confirmation by both parties, the booking is non-binding.

4. Price and payment terms

• Prices in the price list are excluding VAT.
• The final price is part of the written order confirmation.
• After signing the contract, a deposit of 60 % of the price is paid; the remainder is invoiced one week before the event, unless agreed otherwise.
• If the event does not take place due to the operator, the client receives a discount on another event as compensation.
• Transport is charged separately according to the location and is always stated in the quote.

5. Cancellation terms

• Cancellation more than 14 days before the event – no cancellation fee.
• Cancellation 7–14 days before the event – 30 % of the order price.
• Cancellation less than 7 days before the event – 70 % of the order price.
• In case of force majeure we first look for a replacement date.

6. Safety and operating conditions

The robot is operated only in a pre-agreed area and always under the supervision of an operator. The client provides access, power and a safe environment. We confirm the details before the event in a technical brief.

7. Rights to content

If video or photo content is created during the event, its use for the marketing purposes of either party is agreed in writing in advance. We do not publish content without explicit consent.

8. Complaints

Please send any complaints to info@robotshow.cz no later than 14 days after the event. We respond within 30 days.

9. Final provisions

Relationships not covered by these terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Czech Republic. These terms may change over time; for each order, the version in effect on the date of order confirmation applies.
