The robot can open the conference and hand over to the host, it can be a live demonstration in a session on technology and artificial intelligence, or it can entertain participants in the foyer and at partner stands during breaks. Each role has a different script – we prepare it according to the programme and the audience.

At technology and professional events the operator is happy to answer questions about how the robot works, what it can do and where its limits are. At corporate conferences and press conferences the robot is mainly an experience and a photogenic moment that appears in photos and posts from the event.
Organisation on site
Before the event we align the robot’s appearances with the schedule, sound and host. The robot needs a flat area on or in front of the stage and a route to get there. The operator stays with the robot the whole time and controls it in real time.

Can the robot perform on stage?
Yes, if the stage is sturdy enough and accessible without steps, or the robot can perform in front of the stage. We go through the details in a technical brief.
Can the robot say prepared lines?
Yes. We prepare the robot’s lines in advance and align them with the programme and tone of the event. Tell us in your enquiry which language you need.
How much does a robot for conferences cost?
With the humanoid robot from CZK 35,990 excl. VAT per event with an operator; transport is charged separately. We refine the price according to the programme and venue.
Which robot is suitable?
For this type of event we most often recommend: Humanoid G1. We are happy to advise based on your specific venue.
