This is an English translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version of this document is binding.

1. Data controller

The operator of the robotshow.cz website and the controller of personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is OLSO GROUP s.r.o., Company ID: 10875409, with its registered office at Politických vězňů 911/8, Nové Město, 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic. 2. What data we process

• Identification and contact details you provide through the enquiry form (name, email, phone, company / organisation).
• Business contact details used for B2B communication and commercial messages (in particular name, work email, phone, organisation, position or field, where relevant and available).
• The content of your message and additional fields (type of event, date, venue, description of the enquiry).
• Technical and operational data when visiting the website (server logs).

3. Purpose and legal basis

• Handling your enquiry – the legal basis is negotiations on a contract and the controller’s legitimate interest in communicating with the enquiring party.
• Sending relevant commercial messages – the legal basis may be consent, a previous business relationship or a legitimate interest in offering a service relevant for corporate, school, presentation or event purposes.
• Compliance with legal obligations – in particular tax and accounting.

4. Retention period

We keep data from the enquiry form for as long as necessary to handle the enquiry and for a maximum of 24 months after the last contact, unless there is another legal reason for longer retention. Contacts used for commercial messages are kept until you unsubscribe, object, or until they are no longer relevant for the purpose. Accounting and tax documents are kept for the period required by law.

5. Who we share data with

We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for their own marketing. The only processors are providers of hosting, email and technical services under a data processing agreement: Cloudflare (website hosting and form reception) and Resend (delivery of enquiries by email and sending emails).

6. Your rights

• the right of access to your data and a copy of it,
• the right to rectification or completion,
• the right to erasure (“to be forgotten”) or restriction of processing,
• the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• the right to data portability, where applicable,
• the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection (ÚOOÚ).

7. Cookies

The website uses only technically necessary elements. We do not use analytics or marketing cookies. If we introduce them in the future, they will only run after your consent in a cookie banner.

8. Commercial messages and unsubscribing

• We send commercial messages only in connection with RobotShow.cz services, in particular event, presentation, educational and marketing services.
• Every commercial message identifies the sender and contains a simple link to unsubscribe from further communication.
• You can object to commercial messages or unsubscribe directly in the email at any time.

9. Sources of contact details

We may obtain contact details directly from you, from previous communication, an enquiry, a business relationship, a business card, publicly available websites of organisations, public registers or professional databases. We process only data relevant to corporate, school, presentation or event communication.
