Robot rental FAQ

Roughly from CZK 20,000 for the robot dog, from CZK 25,000 for the Photo Robot and from CZK 35,990 for the humanoid robot – always excluding VAT, per event with an operator; transport is charged separately. The final price depends on the length of the event, the venue, the script and branding. We send a precise quote within 24 hours.

Yes. The robot never travels alone. The operator handles transport, set-up, operation and safety and stays with the robot for the whole event.

Across the Czech Republic – Prague, Brno, Ostrava, Plzeň and other cities. Slovakia by arrangement.

Ideally several weeks ahead, especially in trade show season and before Christmas parties. If the date is free, we can manage within a few days.

Yes. Clothing, stickers, a banner or accessories in your brand colours, and a script in which the robot delivers your message.

Yes. The operator has the robot under control at all times and can stop it immediately. We define the area where the robot moves and keep a distance from guests.

Yes. RobotShow.cz is a new service of OLSO GROUP s.r.o. (Company ID 10875409, Prague 1). We have done our first two events, with the robot dog and the Photo Robot. That is why our prices are on the website, our contract has public cancellation terms and we run the Founding clients programme.

We confirm dates individually. Send us the date of your event and we will tell you within 24 hours whether it is free. A booking is binding only after written confirmation by both parties.

Cancelling more than 14 days before the event is free of charge, 7–14 days before we charge 30 % and less than 7 days before 70 % of the price. In case of force majeure we first look for a replacement date. Details are in the terms and conditions.

The robot is always supervised by an operator. We don’t present it as a replacement for staff, but as a safely controlled experience, a demo and a workshop tool.

We prepare it for you. We just need to know the type of event, the audience and the key message.

Yes. A short video, reels or an event report can be added as an extra service.

Yes. We prepare an educational workshop on AI, robotics and the future of work.
