From enquiry to event: how robot hire works
How hiring a robot works step by step: enquiry, quote, preparation and the event day. How much time to allow and what to provide.
1. Enquiry
Send the date, venue, type of event and number of guests via the form or email. The more you tell us, the more accurate the quote.
2. Quote
Within 24 hours we send a quote with the price, scope and transport. The order is created after written confirmation by both sides.
3. Preparation
We agree the script, lines, branding and technical details – space, power, access. For larger events we go through the schedule with production and the host.
4. Event day
We arrive early, set up and test the robot. The operator runs the programme and watches over safety, then packs everything up.
How much time to allow
We recommend enquiring at least 4–8 weeks before the event, and 2–3 months ahead for larger events and in December. Prices on the pricing page, answers in the FAQ.
